All orders below $1000 are payment upon delivery. Orders
exceeding $1000 require a 30% deposit before the start of production; balance due on delivery. CC (add 2%), cheque, interac e-transfer.

Most items are made to order so lead times may vary from 1-3 weeks for jewelry and 2-6 weeks for ceramic objects, depending. Estimated shipping date will be provided upon order
confirmation.
Shipping is to be paid by purchaser.
No returns are accepted, except in the case of damage by shipping. Please contact us within a week of received
shipment of any defects.
All pieces are hand made by the designer. The practice of ceramic arts always comes with varied results of clay and glaze color. Slight variations are normal in size and colour.
